Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on any product that is unworn and unwashed with the exception of final sale products. Underwear must be in its original packaging, unworn and unwashed. 

To start a return, please email us at undiesRus7@gmail.com and we will respond with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and the return instructions. 

Please note that return shipping cost is incurred by customers. We recommend using a carrier that provides you with a tracking number. 

Return refund is processed to the original payment method.
